A Rocky Road Indeed

Over on WLR I not only input my food and exercise on a daily basis, but I update my weight every Thursday.  It then produces a nice little graph which I've copied here for your entertainment.

The steady red and yellow lines are the 'acceptable' weight ranges for my height, age and gender.  The pink line is my goal weight (which you will see has changed from time to time).  The green line is the anticipated direction which leaves only the blue........

I think it's very self-explanatory why I've called this blog the Rocky Road to Maintaining, don't you? :)

I weighed in last Thursday up half a pound on the previous week.  Given three days off leash in Montpellier I was ok-ish with that although I had hoped to have done enough on the other days to have at least stayed the same.

I am struggling a little bit with motivation right now but I know that this is often the case 2 to 3 weeks into my revised regime and that the feelings will pass, so long as I stick with it and Make Today Count

Sleep and then repeat.

What's the alternative, after all?
Til next time x

  1. focus, get that green line blue next week. Remember no food lasts as long as the feeling when you hit target x

  2. Rocky road indeed, but my eyeballs tell me you HAVE spent MORE of your time BELOW the red line = whoop-whoop :-)
