Upset tummy.
Tired.
Lethargic.
Had a great workout in the gym yesterday but then had to haul my arse into work for a late shift which was manic, to say the least.
Foodwise was good.
Cooked porridge oats with a scoop of low caloried drinking chocolate powder, mixed with 2% greek yogurt and blueberries for brekkie.
Lunch was a mammoth salad. Half a bag of Asda fine cut salad, chopped beetroot, silverskin onions, feta cheese, cauliflower that I whizzed through the blender so it was like a rice (thanks to Laura for that idea!) topped with a few croutons.
Dinner was a ready meal. I try not to have too many of these, but sometimes needs must. Asda Fine Tastes roast chicken dinner. Quite nice really.
Water was ok.
Work is so busy. I have just 8 shifts now before I have 3 weeks leave and I'm frantically trying to clear as much as I can off my desk........
On the whole I think I feel very frustrated that I am so freaking tired which means lower energy levels (ok, no energy) but have so much to do.
It will all come right in the end, I'm sure.
Sorry for the woe is me post, sometimes just need to vent.

I just re-read your about me and DANG WOMAN, you have done bladdy incredibly well (not the best English but hey, expressive!!), and never forget that :-)
